If there is anything we have learned over the past year, it's that all aspects of our health and wellbeing need and deserve our attention. 


I believe we are all capable of living a life of vitality and joy. That being said, I understand that life, and a life well-lived, looks different for every person. Each one of us has different experiences, struggles, triumphs, genetics, family backgrounds, personalities, interests, and so on.

Regardless of who we are or what our goals are, there will be times when one element of our health; REST, MOVEMENT, CONNECTION, NUTRITION, MINDFULNESS & SELF-LOVE; feels out of balance. This is all part of learning, growing, and evolving.


That's why I brought together 12 health experts to speak on these elements and share their insights and experiences.

In The Wellness Architect Form, you will not just hear about ways to improve your health, but participate in experiences, receive teachings, and strategies from men and women worldwide with a passion for improving the lives of those they touch.
