It takes time and energy energy to write, edit, and publish a book. So, it’s a good idea to have a vision for what you hope to do with it when it’s done. 2.5 years ago I set out to write my first health book. I wanted it to be something people could relate to, learn from, use to improve their health, and their relationship with their body and mind.
I also wanted to work with a publisher that was Canadian, affordable and could help me bring my vision to life. As the final project came to fruition I was lucky enough to partner with Jennifer Sparks of STOKE Publishing to birth my book into the world. I was as impressed with Jennifer’s work as she was of mine. She decided to do a case study on me, my book, and how it all came to be.
If you would like to learn more about my process or you have a book of your own that’s screaming to come out, I encourage you to check out this blog. It will remind you that anything you put your mind to is possible with the right mindset and support!
