I believe we are all capable of living a life of vitality and joy. That being said, I understand that life, and a life well-lived, looks different for every person. Each one of us has different experiences, struggles, triumphs, genetics, family backgrounds, personalities, interests, and so on.
So many women try to improve their health all on their own. Not asking for help. Struggling in private.
But I see the most success AND long-lasting changes happen when we come together.
Education. Support. Accountability. Implementation.
The 3 month group program that will take you from burnout to brilliance, mediocre to inspired, and overwhelmed to empowered, using my 6 elements of health as the foundation.
Those elements are: REST, MOVEMENT, CONNECTION, NUTRITION, MINDFULNESS & SELF-LOVE.

Regardless of who we are or what our goals are, there will be challenges and times when one of the six elements of health: REST, MOVEMENT, CONNECTION, NUTRITION, MINDFULNESS & SELF-LOVE, feels out of balance. This is all part of learning, growing, and evolving.
Each week during the Synergize Your Health Program we will take a deep dive into one of the six elements.
You will learn, take action on, and set goals around those elements that will positively change the trajectory of your life. There is no pass or fail, there is only feedback.
Each week will offer inspiration, education, strategies, support, practices, and accountability so you feel empowered to navigate your personal well-being.

Program Overview:
We spend two weeks with each element of health.

REST
Weeks 1 & 2
Your ability to thrive is a direct reflection of your Rest habits and Sleep routines.

MOVEMENT
Week 3 & 4
in order to achieve and to maintain health, we need to move OUR BODIES daILy in ways we enjoy.

CONNECTION
Week 5 & 6
Connection has three subcategories to explore: connection to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.

NUTRITION
Week 7 & 8
The best way to improve your lifestyle, lose weight, gain muscle, or achieve any other health-related goal is BY MAKING sustainable eating choices.

Mindfulness
Week 9 & 10
By regularly engaging in mindful exercises, you develop the ability to react effectively when stressful situations occur, instead of finding yourself overwhelmed.

SELF-LOVE
Week 11 & 12
Each and every choice YOU make to improve or change Your health is stimulated by, you guessed it, self-love.
The first week of each element is an instruction call, and the second week is an open group coaching call.
The instruction calls will focus on education, strategies, and goal setting for the weekly element. There are additional resources and hands-on-exercises for each element that will help anchor in your success.
The group coaching calls are all about you. We will focus on Q&A, laser coaching, sharing, strategizing, and celebrating. This is often where the biggest breakthroughs happen because of the circle of support.
All instruction calls will be recorded. In the event you cannot attend live or you wish to re-watch a call, you have the option to do so. Group coaching calls are not recorded to respect personal privacy.
Synergizing your health goes way beyond eating vegetables, drinking water, and moving your body. Those habits absolutely play a part but so does the amount of sleep you get each night, your ability to live with presence and purpose, and your desire to treat yourSELF with love and kindness; body, mind and soul.

But Kristy…
I'm way too busy.
I hear this a lot and I get it. Our lives are full. We have commitments and things that require our time. But, carving out time for yourself and your needs is just as important, if not more, then constantly caring for others. We all have 24 hours in a day and we get to choose how we use those precious minutes. You will carve out the time for this program if your health and well-being are a top priority.
What if I can’t make every call?
All instructional calls will be recorded and sent to your email. If you cannot make the bi-weekly coaching call you can watch the replay on your own time. Attending the live coaching calls (every other week) is highly recommended to really catapult your success, which is why we will decide on day and time as a group.
Nothing has ever worked for me before.
I understand that there is a lot of noise out there on social media, in magazines and misinformed friends and family thinking they know the best thing for you. The truth is, we’re living in a time like no other. Our overall health is our biggest asset. Diets are restrictive and not sustainable. Health and wellness is about more than exercise and food choices.
I want the chance to provide you with a framework that will keep on giving. My goal is that everyone leaves this program with a foundation of healthy habits in all six areas, that sets you up for your lifetime, not a set time.

About Your Coach, Kristy Ware
Hi! I’m Kristy and I’ll be guiding you through the 6 elements of health.
I’m a Holistic Health Coach, Inspirational speaker, Educator, and the Author of Synergize Your Health ~ The 6 Elements to Greater Vitality & Joy. I motivate and inspire people to elevate their vitality and joy through simple sustainable strategies.
I've dedicated the past decade to discovering and implementing practices into my life that have improved my health, lifestyle, outlook, and overall happiness. What I have learned is that vitality and joy come from within. The more attention and kindness we give to our bodies and minds, the better we feel. In doing this for myself, I realized that I also wanted to help others achieve the same result. That is how my book and this program were born.
I believe that we must be the change we wish to see in the world, and in order to best support future generations, we must start with ourselves. My passion for coaching shines through in my ability to educate with curiosity, inspire with compassion, and provide a real and raw coaching experience. This leads to people taking action n their life and health: body, mind and spirit.
It’s not as difficult as you may think. I would be honoured to have the opportunity to guide your journey.
