My Story
I have studied exercise and nutrition for over 12 years. My favourite parts of my many years of education was learning about exercise psychology, nutrition, and body image. I believe that true health and well-being is achieved through a holistic approach, by taking care of your mind, body and soul.
No dieting, no calorie counting, and no scales required.
I created this video series because I want to help others achieve the same result as I have from studying, changing my habits, learning to accept myself just as I am, and succeeding with my own relationship to food and my body. The truth is, I have not always had a good relationship with food. In fact almost 20 years ago I suffered from anorexia nervosa. Luckily for me I only struggled for a few years before gaining the insight and understanding of what I was doing to my body and made a conscious effort to change my ways, my thinking and my habits.
In my 12 years of health coaching, I have helped hundreds of men and women gain strength, rehab from injury, lose weight, feel better in their bodies, gain confidence, improve self-esteem, and make better choices around their nutrition, health and overall well-being.
