Creating an inclusive workplace for 2SLGBTQI+ requires careful thought and intentional actions. In this epsiode I share 12 ways you can create a more welcoming workplace culture for your team and the customers or clients you serve.
Equity-deserving groups like the 2SLGBTQI+ are not looking for special treatment. What we want and need are spaces free of bullying, discrimination, and harassment. When I walk past a business and see a rainbow window sticker or enter a public space and see a Pride flag those things signify that the company has a keen interest in creating inclusion.
At the end of the day, what we all want are safer and welcoming places to live, learn, work, and play. As you will learn in this episode, inclusive actions are shown in a various ways; big and small. Never undervalue the small ways becuase those actions gain momentum and lead to big changes over time.
