This 3 week workshop series will take you from burnout to renewed, mediocre to inspired, and overwhelmed to empowered, using my 6 elements of health as the foundation.


Those elements are: REST, MOVEMENT, CONNECTION, NUTRITION, MINDFULNESS & SELF-LOVE.

I believe we are all capable of living a life of vitality and joy. That being said, I understand that life, and a life well-lived, looks different for every person. Each one of us has different life experiences, struggles, triumphs, family dynamics, personalities, interests, and so on.


Regardless of who you are or what your goals are, there will be challenges, and times when one of your six elements of health: REST, MOVEMENT, CONNECTION, NUTRITION, MINDFULNESS & SELF-LOVE, feels out of balance. This is all part of learning, growing, and evolving.


Each session during these 3 weeks will take a deep dive into the 6 elements, with a focus on building recovery and resilience. 


You will learn ways to:

  • recover from burnout and prevent it in the first place.
  • take action on simple and effective strategies that will support your mental and physical well-being.
  • set goals that will positively change the trajectory of your life, now and in the future.

Each week will offer inspiration, coaching , strategies, support, hands-on exercises, and accountability so you become the navigator of your health.


This Recovery & Resilience wellness series kicks off Saturday September 18, 2021 and runs for 3 consecutive weeks.

  • Part 1:
    Overcoming Burnout (and how to prevent it in the first place!)
    According to a Canadian survey, 7 out of 10 people are experiencing burnout as a result of the changes in working conditions and ongoing demands over the past 18 months. The goal of this workshop is to help you reduce overwhelm and burnout while improving self-awareness and self-care, using physical and mental coping strategies.  
  • Part 2:
    Feed Your Body, Move Your Mind
    When you move your body your mind follows. There are many simple ways you can incorporate movement into your day that will help you stay grounded and motivated. You will leave this workshop feeling empowered to create a “healthy culture” in your life through the implementation of easy and effective health and fitness strategies.
  • Part 3:
    From Self-Judgement to Self-Love
    Self-confidence is a learned behaviour, it's not something you’re born with. Sadly, 90% of people are dissatisfied with their bodies leading to feelings of self-judgement and low self-confidence; both factors that impact your life and career success. Whether it’s setting boundaries with your family, speaking up in a boardroom meeting or attending a social function with confidence, self-love is in the driver’s seat.

Each workshop compliments one another just like each of the elements of health are interconnected. When attention is given to each area of health, that is when you will begin to recover your health and build resilience in your life.


In the event you cannot attend live or you wish to re-watch a session at a later date, each workshop will be recorded and sent to your inbox within 24 hours.

But Kristy…

I'm way too busy.
I hear this a lot and I get it. Our lives are full. We have commitments and things that require our time. But, carving out time for yourself and your needs is just as important, if not more, then constantly caring for others. We all have 24 hours in a day and we get to choose how we use those precious minutes. There is not better time than today to support your body and mind.

What if I can’t make every call?
All calls will be recorded and sent to your email. If you cannot make a call you can watch the replay on your own time. Attending the live calls is highly recommended but the replays are available.

How is this different from other health programs I’ve done?
This series differs from other health programs in that it’s all encompassing. We will touch on 6 specific areas of health (rest, mindfulness, nutrition, movement, connection & self-love) as they relate to improving your physical and mental well-being. This series also includes a copy of my book and many additional resources that can be revisited anytime.
